Add RPL % and planned hours adjustment from an assessment completed in Assess

To add the training-content reduction figures from an assessment completed in Assess to a learner program in Core, follow the steps below:

Step 1:

1. Login to the Assess platform
2. Go to Assessments
3. Click Open for the assessment in question
4. Go to the Training Plan tab and make a note of the Revised planned hours and Training-content reduction percentage on the Training plan impact card

Next

Step 2:

1. Login to the Core platform
2. Go to Learners and find the learner
3. Click Open Program in the Actions column of the table
4. Click Skills Scan (button) located next to the programme status button
5. On the Cost tab, scroll down to the Fees section and input the Training-content reduction percentage from Step 1 into the RPL % field

The Delivery Price field will update with any cost reduction and the new total will display in the Total Funding Value field.

Next (only if you need to adjust the planned hours)

Step 3:

1. Still on the Skills Scan, switch to the Program tab (next to Cost)
2. Scroll down to the Program Dates section and input the Revised planned hours from Step 1 into the Revised Planned hours field
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save
