How do I add Functional Skills for a Learner Program?
To add Functional Skills Aims to a Learner Program:

Step 1: Select Learners from the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Find the Learner you want to add Functional Skills to and click Open Program under Actions in the Learners table.
Step 3: Click + Functional Skills.
Step 4: Complete the details on the Add Functional Skills pop-up. Below is a description of each field:
- Functional Skill: English, Maths or ICT.
- Awarding Body: This is the Awarding body for the Functional Skills Aim (if the Awarding Body is not visible in the dropdown, click the + Add Subcontractor button below this field to add them. Once done click the refresh button to the right of the field to update the list).
- Level: The Level that this Learner is working towards.
- Start Date: The Start Date for this Functional Skill.
- Planned End Date: The Planned End Date for this Functional Skill.
Note: The Start Date and Planned End Date will default to the Start Date and Planned End Date of the Learner Program but can be edited.
Step 5: Click Save. The Aim will then be added to the Program Aims tab.
