Disability & Learning Support Report

The Disability & Learning Support Report provides a consolidated view of all disabilities and learning support recorded for learners. This includes both funded and non-funded learning support, along with the associated start and end dates for each support instance.
This report is designed to help training providers maintain accurate records, support funding compliance, and ensure learners receive the adjustments they need throughout their programme.
What the Report Shows
For each learner, the report displays:
- Learner name
- Recorded disabilities
- Funded and non-funded learning support records
- Supporting notes, and start and end dates for each learning support entry
- Program status
- Course
Please note, a learner may have multiple records in the report IF they have more than one support record or if they are linked to multiple programs.
How to Access the Report
- Click Reports in the left hand menu.
- Search for / locate the Disability & Learning Support Details report.
- Click the Run icon in the Actions column to access the report.
- Use the filters at the top of the report screen to refine the data (e.g. by learner name, program status, or course).
- Click Run Report.
Report results can be exported for internal use or further audit purposes.
