This article describes step-by-step, how to add the various Program Aims to a master Skills Bootcamp Course.
Step 1: Click Courses in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Click Edit (pencil icon) in the Actions column for the Course you want to add the Program Aims for.
Step 3: On the Edit Course modal, select the Program Aims tab.
Note the ZPROG aim already exists in the Program Aims table - this is created when you build the Course.
Step 4: Click the + Add Program Aim button at the top right of the screen.
Step 5: On the + Add Program Aim pop-up, input the details for the Aim. Click Save when done.
See table below for further details:
| Field | Type | Description |
| Aim Ref | Mandatory, 8 digit field | The Aim Reference for the Aim (e.g. Z0059749). |
| Main Aim? | Checkbox | Tick this if the Aim Ref is for a Main Aim. |
| Description | Mandatory, free text field | The name of the Aim (e.g. "Interview", "Plan to apply learning", or "New responsibilities"). Note if the Main Aim? checkbox is ticked, the Description will default to Main Aim. |
| Aim Type | Mandatory, numeric field | Usually only a 3 is used in this field. |
| Achievement Milestone | Mandatory, numeric field | The percentage value paid on achievement of this Aim. |
Continue adding the various aims by repeating the steps above.
We would recommend that the first Program Aim you add to a Course is the Main Aim, followed by the additional Aims.
Once you have added all of the possible Aims for this Course, you are ready to create Cohorts, and add Learners to those Cohorts.
