Understanding the Apprenticeship Programs Widgets

The Apprenticeship Programs widgets provide quick, accurate counts of all Apprenticeship programs for your organisation.

Each widget applies a set of system filters to ensure only valid, live programs are included in the total.

This article explains:

  • What each widget displays

  • What is included in the count

  • What is excluded from the count

    Active

    This widget displays the total number of currently active Apprenticeship programs for your organisation.

    Completed

    This widget displays the total number of currently completed Apprenticeship programs for your organisation. A completed program can be:

    • Achieved
    • Not Achieved
    • Outcome Pending
    • Outcome Pending (claim completion payment)​
    Temporarily Withdrawn (BIL)
    This widget displays the total number of currently temporarily withdrawn (also known as BIL or break in learning) Apprenticeship programs for your organisation.

    Withdrawn

    This widget displays the total number of currently withdrawn Apprenticeship programs for your organisation.

    What is excluded

    The following are not counted in the widgets:

    • Skills Bootcamp programs
    • Deleted programs
    • Programs that:
      • do not meet the current status shown by the widget
      • are linked to courses that have been deleted
      • are linked to learners flagged as App Test users
      • are linked to your test learners (demo / test accounts)
      • you do not have permission to view based on your user role​
