Following the completion of a review, a learner is given an overall score for their program. This overall score is then checked against the Progress Zone thresholds to determine which zone the individual program indicator should be in.
Let's use a working example.
In this example we are going to assume the Progress Zone thresholds are as follows: (these can be set in My Organisation > Flight Path):
| Description | Minimum Threshold | Maximum Threshold |
| On Track | 80% | 100% |
| Intervention | 50% | 79.99% |
| At Risk | 0% | 49.99% |
Let's assume that a learner scores an overall score of 55% after a review has been completed. According to the thresholds above, the individual indicator for this review will be in the Intervention zone of the Progress Chart.
To set the Progress Zone thresholds:

3. The first table you will see is the Progress Zone Thresholds. To edit the percentage, click into the Minimum Threshold field for the zone you would like to edit and type your desired percentage.

Note: When the Minimum Threshold for the On Track or Intervention zone are edited, all of the other percentages will adjust accordingly to ensure that there is no overlap between the thresholds for each zone.
